The Premier 5-Step Process:
DISCOVER. From researching codes, to collecting physical data, our goal is: anticipate everything.
CONCEPTUALIZE. We compose sketches, plans, sections, elevations, and digital models to most effectively visualize the end product.
DEVELOP. With a concept identified, the style, character and functionality of the space are decided. Hardscape materials, patterns and finishes are chosen, and specific plants are selected to with the design’s aesthetic and horticultural plans.
DOCUMENT. Detailed requirements for construction of the project are produced. This final set of drawings will establish the details and specifications necessary for pricing and permitting.
EXECUTE AND OBSERVE. Experience shows that our continued presence during the construction process is key to a superior final product. From beginning to end, we’ll be there.
